Life Groups

Joe & Megan
Risner

Hello! We are the Risner family and we’ve been attending New Life since 2017. We are an adventurous family. We like to be outdoors and active, but most importantly, we enjoy authentic biblical discussion. We have a desire to see young adults in New Life link arms with one another in fervent pursuit of the Lord. and to grow as a family.

Jonathan & Sarah Faircloth

We are passionate to see people experience freedom in worship and daily living. We have a desire to see others experience God in a real way, (without any fake smiles or pretending) and strive to create a place for honesty and true accountability. If you’re interested in joining our small group, please click the button below!

Grace to you, from the Faircloth family.

Richie & Briana Dalton

Hey! We are the Daltons. We are new to the Newlife Fellowship family but have been a part of ministry for the majority of our lives. We as a couple are passionate about guiding the next generation in their walk with Christ. Our life group is a welcoming space where youth students (7th-12th graders) can grow their relationship with Christ, create meaningful relationships, and learn how to apply the Word of God to their everyday lives. We meet every Sunday after church from 2:30-4:30 to share a meal together and discuss our takeaways from the sermon. If you are a 7th-12th grader we would love for you to join our group!

Mitch & Grace
Blue

(Adult Focused)

We have lived in Tooele for over 30 years. We have 4 grown children & 12 grandchildren. We love being grandparents & spending quality time with our family (when we’re not camping 😉 ) We have been attending New Life since 2011. Grace has a heart to serve others, for women who attend church alone, to see them connect & build friendships. We enjoy seeing what God’s doing in people’s lives. Hospitality is one of our gifts. We love our church and pastor. We’d love to hangout with you on Sunday afternoons!

Mary's & Martha's

The Marys and Marthas Life Group is led by Barbara Kunz. Its focus is to reach out to those ladies who attend church by themselves. We enjoy sharing meals together, encouraging each other and lifting each other up in prayer. If you would like to join us to further your understanding of our God’s Word and grow in your relationship with Jesus Christ, please click the button below. We would really love to get to know you and have you be a part of our group!

Craig & Lacey Park

Hey there! Our names are Craig and Lacey Park. We live in a dead quiet neighborhood across from the cemetery. We have 2 adult children and one brilliant, beautiful, but stubborn 21 year old adult daughter who just returned home from the mission field. We are currently accepting applications for any and all suitors. Our life group is rated PG as we enjoy doing life with ALL walks, but also discuss REAL LIFE issues. Please don’t drop children off unattended or they will be forced into hard labor in the back yard ie: picking up dog poop, cleaning the chicken coop, or mowing the back acre. Otherwise they are welcome to attend! We meet Sundays after NASCAR 6pm-8pm. We look forward to doing life with you!

Darrell & Kate Walker

Hi! We are Darrell and Kate Walker. We’ve been married since 2003. Our family of 13 includes adopted, step and biological children. We moved to Utah from Chatsworth, GA, and have lived in the Tooele area since 2020. We enjoy camping, hiking, sharing life with our church family and sharing Jesus with our community.

We have experienced a wide variety of parenting situations, as we’ve seen three of our children get started in their adult life, while we still have 8 kids living at home. We love it when we get the opportunity to walk with others in their parenting journey.

Our life group meets on Sunday evenings and includes families and singles, older and younger members. We’d love to have you join us!

Paul & Stephanie Smith

We are a blended family with his and hers adult/teen children and of course, the “ours” baby: Our 100 lbs lab, Scout! We have a passion for seeing stepfamilies walk in healing, restoration and victory! We serve in Children’s church and head up the Men’s and Women’s ministries at New Life. We love to travel, try new foods, and will find any reason at all to celebrate! Our home is a safe place to come as you are and grow deeper in your walk with Jesus. We will meet for dinner and Bible study discussion Sundays at 2:30pm. Hope to see you there!

Jimmy & Stacie Biggs

Hello! We’re Jimmy and Stacie Biggs. We live on the South end of Tooele with our young adult son. We have two dogs; Lily, who loves give kisses, and Max, our 120lb “lap dog”! We have a passion for worshipping and growing our relationship with Jesus and doing life with our church family!

Chris & Linda Vaughan

Jay and Kristie

Jay & Kristie
Galvan

(Adult Focused)

We are the Galvan family and we have attended New Life since 2021. We originally came to New Life to attend a funeral service for Dennis Galvan (Jay’s brother) and immediately felt welcomed and like a part of the family. We live in Muraym Utah but we find the drive well worth it to receive sound doctrine being taught by Pastor Mark.

We have been married for 50+ years. We both received Christ as our Lord and Savior through our divorce after 7 years of marriage. God healed not only our hearts but also our marriage. We have a passion to spread the gospel, Jay through daily evangelism and Kristie through homeschooling our grandson.

Pleas join us in the Upper Room at the Blue’s home at 2:00Pm as we search the scriptures. Sound Doctrine matters and we have a heart to share that passion.
